Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, or as agreed in customer contracts. Customer content and connected data respect tenant boundaries and contractual retention practices.

Your Choices

You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information by contacting us. You may opt out of marketing emails via unsubscribe links. Contracted customers should also consult their agreement for additional rights.

International Use

Twing.AI may process data across regions using safeguards consistent with applicable laws. For single-tenant or customer-managed deployments, data residency can align to your environment.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
